Christmas time is here!! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season! I’m super excited to write and share this post… Since my firstborn, I started this tradition where I would buy my girl Christmas ornaments according to her birthday theme. Each year I would add to her tree, her first birthday was Sesame Street, her second was Dora the Explorer, and third princesses and so on… since then we now have a son and he also gets his birthday ornament… His first birthday Superhero, second Taco2day, and third 3Rex. This year he had a hot wheels theme party and she’s having a pancake and pajamas party. I have his ornament already just looking for a pancake ornament for her. I shared this with family members and they joined the fun and even bought the ornament for my kids a few times.On Christmas day they get their stockings with their new ornament inside. When our children get older and get their first apartment or home; My husband and I will buy them their first Christmas tree and they will get all their ornaments. It will be filled with pieces of them through the years… Even if the birthdays stop(I don’t want them to) when they no longer want a party you can get them an ornament that best describes what they were into that year. These days they have an ornament for everything!! If your child plays soccer, baseball, painting, or even a baker etc… I hope this post inspires mama’s and papa’s out there who may be looking for a little tradition to start… Ps.
